1. We charge a commission of 2% of the sale agreement value of the property purchased and/or sold.
2. We charge commission equivalent to one month’s license fee in case of rental or leave & license transactions.
3. We charge 2% commission on the security deposit amount in case of long-term lease agreements.
4. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 500/- towards arranging site visits (one-time charge).
5. Commission charges shall become applicable and payable immediately upon registration of the agreement, handing over of physical possession of the property, or transaction of monetary consideration between the parties, whichever occurs earlier.
6. Brokerage commission shall become payable only after a transaction is mutually agreed upon and executed between the concerned parties.

The fulfilment of obligations, covenants, conditions, or future disputes arising between the parties shall not be the responsibility or liability of the broking company/firm.

Upon successful execution of the transaction wherein our firm has rendered brokerage and/or consultancy services, such services shall be deemed to have been fully and effectively delivered.

Accordingly, brokerage/commission paid or payable shall neither be refundable nor cancelled in the event of cancellation, dispute, non-performance, or termination of the agreement between the executing parties under any circumstances.

1. Legal consultation services may be facilitated by our firm through associated legal advocates. Professional fees, liaisoning charges, documentation charges, title search fees, verification charges, and any other legal expenses shall be payable separately to the concerned legal consultant and shall not form part of the brokerage/commission payable to SILVER ESTATES & ASSETS towards property consultancy services.
